Remote | Full-Time | Exempt | Travel 25%+

This is a remote opportunity; however, candidates located in the Tampa or Sarasota, Florida markets will receive priority consideration. What You'll Do

As the HR Generalist - People, Culture & Team Member Experience, you will serve as a critical driver of:

Team Member Relations:

  • Lead investigations, conflict resolution, and employee relations matters
  • Support managers with coaching, documentation, and performance guidance
  • Promote compliance, fairness, and consistency across a multi-state workforce
  • Support leave administration and workers' compensation coordination

Team Member Engagement & Culture:

  • Champion Absolute's "We Care" culture and core values
  • Drive engagement initiatives, morale programs, and retention strategies
  • Support engagement surveys, pulse surveys, and action planning

Strategic HR Initiatives:

  • Support leadership development and organizational growth

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR experience
  • 3-5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience, including employee relations
  • Strong employee relations and workplace investigation background; comfortable independently proceeding through employee relations related matters
  • Multi-state HR experience preferred
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) preferred
  • Experience supporting remote teams and dynamic organizations
