The Senior Consultant:

Qualifications

As successful Senior will possess:

*ย 5-10 years experience in leadership roles on business transformation projects - strategy and/or deployment

* BA or Graduate degree preferred

* Ability to lead client from discovery through execuion

* Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude

* Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) on key decisions during project delivery

* Ability to work independently

* The drive based on client success

* Excellent organization and demonstrated program management skills

*ย Ability to collaborate with multiple clients simultaneously, work with remote teams, think creatively, manage own time and take initiative to drive projects

* Proven track record of implementing HCM/Talent Management solutions

* Ability to travel 50+%
