You will interact with clients primarily through telehealth platforms, providing convenience for clients while ensuring continuous access to essential mental health services. • Deliver individual and couples therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients across all age ranges, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ mental health and substance use challenges, creating customized treatment plans to guide their recovery journey.
• Provide ongoing case management services, ensuring regular follow-up on clients’ progress and meeting their evolving needs.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to organizational standards and legal guidelines.
• Schedule and manage client appointments to maintain a steady flow of follow-ups while keeping an updated calendar that reflects your availability.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure holistic care for each client, strengthening their support system.

• A Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, behavioral healthcare, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping clients achieve their therapeutic goals.
