• Deliver clinical counseling services using telehealth technology, developing personalized treatment plans that are recovery-based and client-centered.
• Continuously assess the treatment needs of clients, making adjustments where necessary based on ongoing evaluations.
• Collaborate with clients to create and implement individual service plans, focusing on their specific mental health and social support needs.
• Assist clients in building essential coping, problem-solving, and communication skills to enhance their daily lives.
• Educate clients about available community resources and serve as an advocate to connect them with these invaluable services.
• Guide clients in developing daily living skills, personal interests, and activities that promote their overall well-being.
• Maintain strict client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions.

The clients you will serve primarily include individuals over the age of 18 dealing with a range of mental health challenges. Many may struggle with sustaining community independence due to mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, or behavioral disorders. Your work will help them develop the necessary skills to improve their quality of life and ability to engage with their communities.

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current and valid License as a Professional Counselor (LPC) issued by the state board of Georgia is required.
• Ability to practice independently without supervision and demonstrate no disciplinary actions on the license.
• Proficiency in using telehealth systems and technology, with a stable Wi-Fi connection for remote sessions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to empathize with clients.

• At least three years of direct clinical experience providing counseling services to adults.
• Experience with symptom monitoring, management, and behavior modification techniques.
• Demonstrated skills in developing community living skills, leisure interests, and promoting self-advocacy.

• Competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
