Job description

HR Recruiter (Remote)
Description
Are you passionate about connecting great talent with meaningful careers in healthcare? Join our team as an HR Recruiter and play a key role in building the clinical and administrative teams that power our clinics' exceptional patient care - all from the comfort of your home office. Our team collaborates daily via Microsoft Teams, so you'll stay closely connected with hiring managers and the broader HR team despite working remotely.
Hours: Monday - Friday, standard business hours (remote)
Position Summary:
As the HR Recruiter, you'll report to the HR Manager and own the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical and administrative roles across our clinic locations, including Audiology Technicians, Medical Assistants, Patient Care Coordinators, and other allied health positions. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and Regional Clinic Managers - largely through Microsoft Teams meetings, chats, and calls - to understand staffing needs, and you'll manage candidates and new hires through Paylocity from application to onboarding.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers for clinical and administrative roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers and Regional Clinic Managers via Microsoft Teams to understand role requirements, staffing priorities, and team needs across multiple clinic locations.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and proactive outreach/networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews (via Microsoft Teams) to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, including setting up Teams meetings.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in Paylocity, our applicant tracking and HRIS system.
  • Extend job offers, negotiate terms as needed, and process new hires through Paylocity, including background checks and onboarding paperwork.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline health) using Paylocity reporting tools.
  • Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process, including virtual interviews conducted over Teams.
  • Stay current on employment laws and best practices to ensure compliant hiring practices.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike - including over video calls.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and the broader Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
  • Experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS/ATS platforms strongly preferred.
  • Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential candidate and employee information.
  • A proactive, resourceful approach to sourcing passive candidates.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or medical clinic hiring a plus.
  • A positive, collaborative attitude and commitment to representing the company's culture and values.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in healthcare, medical, or clinical settings
  • Experience recruiting for multi-site organizations a plus
  • Proficiency with Paylocity or comparable ATS/HRIS systems required
  • Comfort conducting virtual interviews and meetings via Microsoft Teams
  • Working knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements (EEOC, FLSA, etc.)
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace required
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.; background check required
