HR Coordinator (Remote – Must live within 1 hour drive of Greenville, SC)

What You’ll Do
As an HR Coordinator, you’ll be the main point of contact for clients and their employees, managing day-to-day HR operations and delivering top-tier service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage onboarding, I-9, and E-Verify processes
- Handle employee changes (payroll updates, benefits, terminations)
- Support Leave of Absence tracking (FMLA, ADA, etc.)
- Respond quickly to client and employee inquiries (within 2 hours)
- Assist with employee relations and escalate when needed
- Maintain accurate HR records and workflows
- Support OSHA reporting, tax notices, and year-end processes
- Answer employee benefit questions and process QLEs
- Create reports, surveys, and client-specific training

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience in HR and/or Customer Service
- PHR preferred
Location & Schedule
- Remote role (must live within 1 hour of Greenville, SC)
- Occasional travel to client sites
- Monthly in-person team meeting in Greenville
- Full-time: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
