Job description

We are partnering with a national non profit seeking an Employee Relations Associate. The Employee Relations Associate provides administrative, coordination, and case-management support for employee relations matters. This is an immediate contract opportunity, fully remote.
Responsibilities:
  • Supports the timely and consistent intake, documentation, tracking, and closure of employee relations cases.
  • Maintains accurate case records, coordinates investigation-related meetings, monitors administrative next steps, and ensures cases are documented and closed in EthicsPoint.
  • Serves as a coordination point among Employee Relations, HR Business Partners, managers, employees, and other stakeholders.
  • Handles sensitive and confidential information and must exercise sound judgment, discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Requirements:
  • 3+ yrs HR experience
  • Experience supporting employee relations

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working in a nonprofit organization

Compensation: $27-31/hr
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
