HR Coordinator (Remote – Must live within 1 hour drive of Greenville, SC)

Full-Time | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Looking for a high-impact HR role where you can work with multiple clients, grow your expertise, and make a real difference?

What You’ll Do

As an HR Coordinator, you’ll be the main point of contact for clients and their employees, managing day-to-day HR operations and delivering top-tier service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage onboarding, I-9, and E-Verify processes
  • Handle employee changes (payroll updates, benefits, terminations)
  • Support Leave of Absence tracking (FMLA, ADA, etc.)
  • Respond quickly to client and employee inquiries (within 2 hours)
  • Assist with employee relations and escalate when needed
  • Maintain accurate HR records and workflows
  • Support OSHA reporting, tax notices, and year-end processes
  • Answer employee benefit questions and process QLEs
  • Create reports, surveys, and client-specific training
