Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Talent, Learning, and Capabilities (TLC) Change Management Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving organizational success and transformation specifically within our people-centric initiatives. You will be responsible for leading and implementing organizational change initiatives focusing on talent acquisition, learning programs, and capability development to ensure seamless transitions and the successful adoption of new practices, processes, and systems across these areas.

Every day, this role will partner closely with TLC leadership, HR Business Partners, and relevant stakeholders to assess the human impact of change, identify risks, and design tailored change management strategies that align with TLC goals. This involves meticulous planning, proactive communication, and continuous support to ensure successful adoption and sustained improvement of all TLC-related changes, fostering a culture of adaptability and innovation within our workforce.

To be successful in your role, you will strategically lead and implement organizational change initiatives within the TLC domain, ensuring seamless transitions and successful adoption of new talent practices, learning systems, and capability frameworks across the organization. You will demonstrate exceptional expertise in change management, collaborating effectively with TLC leadership and key stakeholders to assess impacts and identify risks, and consistently design tailored strategies that drive the successful evolution of our human capital. You will oversee and manage the TLC Change Management portfolio, track progress, maintain a TLC-focused dashboard, develop and maintain change management tools and practices specific to TLC, create and deliver training programs for TLC initiatives, and organize relevant change management resources.

  • Oversee and manage the Change Management portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
  • Monitor and track the progress of change initiatives within the portfolio, identifying risks and potential obstacles, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio dashboard, providing senior leadership with real-time updates on the status of change initiatives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and overall portfolio health.
  • Develop and maintain change management tools, plans, and practices to support the change process.
  • Create and deliver training programs and workshops that support change initiatives and equip stakeholders with skills for adopting new systems or processes.
  • Organize and manage change management resources, including documentation, tools, and templates, ensuring easy access and version control for teams and stakeholders.
Job Requirements

Required

  • Bachelors Other in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • 4-6 years 4+ years of experience in change management, project coordination, or a similar role
