Human Resources Manager | PFC USA

PFC USA is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team! This is a hands-on HR leadership role for someone who enjoys partnering with employees and leaders while managing a broad range of HR functions.

The HR Manager will oversee and support key areas including:

  • Employee relations and performance management
  • Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Payroll and benefits administration
  • Compensation and employee recognition programs
  • FMLA, Colorado FAMLI, and unemployment administration
  • Employment law and regulatory compliance
  • HR policies, procedures, and Employee Handbook management
  • 401(k) administration and annual compliance/audit activities
  • HRIS management, reporting, and workforce analytics
  • Employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Supervision and development of HR staff, as applicable
  • Partnership with senior leadership on staffing needs, turnover trends, workforce planning, HR reporting, and organizational needs

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5+ years of progressively responsible professional HR experience
  • Experience managing multiple HR functions
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, organization, judgment, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
  • Previous HR leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Comfort with and eager to embrace and leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, decision-making and HR processes

Schedule & Work Location

This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position with standard hours of 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

The position is fully in-office for the first six months to support training, relationship building, and integration into the organization. Following successful completion of the initial six-month period, the position may become eligible for a hybrid schedule of 1-2 remote days per week, based on performance and business needs.
