This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from home while engaging with clients and colleagues. You will be part of a dynamic team of mental health professionals, including psychologists and psychiatrists, and will participate in regular virtual meetings to collaborate on treatment plans and share insights regarding best practices. Although the setting is remote, you’ll maintain a strong connection with educational settings, working closely with teachers and school administrators.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to fully understand clients' mental health challenges, resources, and support systems.
• Provide individualized therapy, family counseling, and group therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that set realistic and measurable goals, tracking the progress of students in collaboration with educators and caregivers.
• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups aimed at empowering both students and their families with coping strategies and resources.
• Engage in crisis intervention and risk assessment when necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of all clients.
• Document all clinical interactions accurately and promptly, adhering to both ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring a coordinated approach to care that addresses the unique needs of each student.

In this role, you will work primarily with school-aged children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns. Your work will also involve supporting families and promoting a holistic approach to mental health in the educational context.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting, ideally within an outpatient or educational environment.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Excellent communication, assessment, and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and team members.

• Experience working within a school environment or with children and adolescents.
• Familiarity with school-based mental health programs and policies.
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic medical record systems.
