We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to join ArcLight's Customer Success / Managed Services team. This role focuses on providing responsive, high‑quality application support for clients' production and non‑production environments. The Consultant is responsible for day‑to‑day troubleshooting, routine configuration, ticket resolution, and supporting system enhancements while learning and growing deeper expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem solving, supporting end users, and developing functional expertise across Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
Responsibilities
Application Support & Troubleshooting
  • Provide remote functional support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules within assigned areas.
  • Respond to and resolve customer support tickets, ensuring timely and accurate issue resolution.
  • Troubleshoot application issues, document findings, and escalate complex problems to Senior Consultants as needed.
  • Support business users by answering questions, providing guidance, and delivering basic end‑user training.

Configuration & Testing
  • Perform routine configuration updates under established guidelines.
  • Assist with testing activities for patches, quarterly updates, and new functionality.
  • Document configuration changes, test results, and support procedures.

Process & System Monitoring
  • Monitor assigned applications, analyze recurring issues, and document trends.
  • Participate in efforts to improve application monitoring, automation, and internal support processes.

Project & Enhancement Support
  • Support system upgrades, enhancements, and small-scale requests for new functionality.
  • Assist with data validation, reporting updates, and interface troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and Oracle Support to resolve issues.

Collaboration & Communication
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ticket progress.
  • Communicate status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Work effectively in a remote environment with clients and peers

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a consulting, HRIS, or application support role.
  • Foundational experience in at least one major workstream below:
    • Workforce Management: Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence
    • Total Rewards: Benefits, Compensation, Incentive Compensation
  • Understanding of HR processes and HR systems.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to manage workload and priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Work Environment & Travel
  • Remote-first position for U.S. or Canada-based candidates
  • Ability to travel up to 5% may be required as per need basis

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation will vary depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
  • United States: Base salary for this position ranges between USD $80,000 - $115,000
  • Annual incentive compensation potential of up to 20%, paid in quarterly installments.
