About the Role
As a Systems Engineer, you will be part of a team focused on the development and automation of our Internal Systems. You'll build new functionality and integrations within our internal business applications for the Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations groups, while helping support our corporate reporting.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Include
  • Develop solutions that enhance our legal, operations, billing, and corporate reporting solutions.
  • Build integrations between custom and 3rd party applications.
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design new solutions, integrations or reports
  • Assist in the analysis, design, implementation, and support of data models, dashboards, and reports.
  • Support internal users by troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
  • Support our internal operations teams.
  • Troubleshoot and correct production issues within the applications.
  • Provide documentation and training on features to users.
  • Work within an agile product development methodology.
  • Help identify and roadmap future features.
  • Understand database development and build ETL packages.
  • Work in a team environment to design, build, test, and support our internal business applications.
  • Hit project deadlines to ensure they stay on time and on budget.
  • Be a team player; be open; be ready; be flexible.
  • Perform other duties as assigned as needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and support our organization's values.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience using analytical and reporting tools such as PowerBI required.
  • Experience with C# or Python required.
  • Experience integrating line-of-business systems is preferred.
  • Knowledge of relational databases, especially Azure SQL, is preferred.
  • Experience in Microsoft .NET Framework and/or .NET Core is a plus.
  • Experience with DevOps fundamentals is a plus.
  • Familiarity with any of these Azure cloud services is a plus: Azure Data Factory, Azure App Services/Functions, Application Insights, Key Vault, Storage Account, Log Analytics, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Entra ID
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, node.js, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Object-Relational Mapping - (ORM) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microservices and/or REST APIs a plus.
  • Understanding of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
