Field Systems EngineerIntroduction:

This position is based out of our New Castle, DE office and involves providing on-site and remote support for clients across multiple offices. The Field Systems Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware/software issues, managing Microsoft 365 accounts, diagnosing network connectivity problems, and utilizing various remote support tools. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, able to work independently, and have experience in enterprise environments.

Requirements:Required Skills & Experience:
  • 1โ€“3 years of hands-on IT support experience

  • Experience with Active Directory and GPO basics

  • Familiarity with MDM platforms (Intune, Addigy, etc.)
  • Exposure to backup solutions (Veeam, Datto, Acronis)
  • Basic knowledge of firewall/switch configuration (Cisco, Meraki, SonicWall, Ubiquiti)
  • Experience supporting VoIP systems
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity basics
  • Experience supporting clients in financial, legal, or healthcare industries
