• Deliver exceptional counseling and psychotherapy services tailored to the needs of each patient, ensuring a supportive and trusting therapeutic environment.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, setting measurable goals in collaboration with clients to track progress and outcomes effectively.
• Actively advocate for clients, connecting them with essential community resources such as financial assistance, housing programs, and additional social services to enhance their overall well-being.
• Provide urgent crisis intervention to clients facing acute mental health challenges, including suicidal thoughts, substance abuse crises, or severe emotional traumas.
• Engage in and lead educational initiatives that raise awareness about mental health issues, working to dismantle stigma within the community.
• Maintain diligent and thorough case records, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and other applicable state and federal guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss treatment strategies, share insights, and collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals.

Your primary focus will be clients from diverse backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and families. You will work with individuals facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Understanding and respecting cultural diversity is essential in delivering effective therapeutic interventions that resonate with clients’ unique experiences.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program, emphasizing clinical training and practice.
• A valid Tennessee LCSW license, allowing for independent practice and adherence to state requirements.
• A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, ensuring a client-centered focus that respects cultural competence and inclusivity.
• Demonstrated clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families, with proven effectiveness in a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling successful collaboration with clients and interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and maintain meticulous documentation.

• Two years of clinical experience in a similar role, ideally within a school or community mental health setting.
• Familiarity with assessment tools and therapeutic techniques commonly used in treatment planning.
• Experience working with school-aged children and understanding the dynamics of educational environments.

• Annual salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 commensurate with experience and credentials.
