  • Remote-ready: Professional home workspace with reliable internet (>100mb_down, >100mb_up, <10ms latency) and comfort sitting/standing at a computer for extended periods
  • Schedule & Availability: Must be able to maintain consistent availability during daytime Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours, including evenings and weekends. Preference will be given to candidates available Sunday through Thursday. While schedules generally remain within these timeframes, occasional adjustments may be required to meet business needs. Advance notice will be provided whenever schedule changes are necessary.

  • 2-3+ years of clinical experience in small animal veterinary medicine; emergency or specialty experience is a plus
  • Comfortable using digital tools (telehealth platforms, EMRs, chat systems)
  • Empathetic, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced, remote-first environment
This is a 1099 contractor role with the potential to transition to a W2 position based on performance.

You'll be supported by our Clinical Director, Vet Support team, and Customer Service team, and a streamlined platform that allows you to focus on what you do best: providing excellent care to pets and peace of mind to their people.
