• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' psychological needs, background, and treatment aspirations through virtual sessions.
• Administer individual, couples, and family therapy, employing evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and mindfulness techniques tailored for hospice patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect each client’s specific circumstances and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with clients to continuously assess their progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards and legal regulations in all interactions with clients.
• Engage in regular professional development by attending workshops and conferences to stay abreast of the latest practices in social work.
• Foster a positive therapeutic relationship characterized by trust and collaboration, encouraging clients to express their feelings and develop coping strategies.
• Provide ongoing support and practical strategies aimed at alleviating anxiety and facilitating emotional and psychological healing.

You will primarily serve patients at the hospice center, offering psychological support not only to patients facing terminal diagnoses but also to their families who are often navigating the complexities of grief, loss, and the unique challenges that arise during palliative care. Your experience and training will empower you to provide compassionate care that addresses both emotional distress and practical concerns, promoting quality of life during a critical period.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated clinical skills, including comprehensive assessment, treatment planning, and intervention techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and other healthcare professionals.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience is preferred, with a focus on hospice care or similar settings being highly desirable.
• A strong understanding of mental health issues affecting terminally ill patients and their families.
• Experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities and their application in practice.

The position offers an attractive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, you will receive a performance-based bonus.
