• Conduct thorough assessments of patients and their families, developing personalized treatment plans that address unique needs and circumstances.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy, to enhance client well-being.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with regulations, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care.
• Foster collaboration with a dedicated treatment team to ensure a comprehensive and effective care approach for each patient.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families, helping them navigate the complexities of grief and end-of-life care.
• Stay informed on the latest developments in the mental health field to enhance clinical practice and patient outcomes.

The primary focus of this role will be the hospice patient population, including individuals facing terminal illnesses and their families. You will assist clients in processing emotions related to grief, loss, and acceptance, making your contribution crucial to their mental health during this challenging phase of life.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Washington.
• At least two years of clinical experience, with a preference for those who have worked in hospice or palliative care settings.
• Expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy and evidence-based interventions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, showcasing an ability to empathize with diverse client backgrounds.
• A collaborative mindset that enhances team dynamics and patient care strategies.

• Prior experience in hospice settings or with end-of-life issues is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with care management systems and electronic health record (EHR) software.
• Experience in developing community resources and support networks for families in crisis.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, we offer:
