• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ emotional and psychological needs to design personalized treatment plans.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral techniques and solution-focused therapy, tailored to the individual needs of patients and families.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client progress and treatment outcomes using our state-of-the-art electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary hospice treatment team, including physicians, nurses, and other social workers, to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest clinical practices and research in the field.
• Provide support and guidance to family members and caregivers, facilitating their emotional well-being as they navigate the challenges associated with terminal illness.

This position focuses on serving patients within the hospice care setting who are dealing with terminal illnesses. You will provide specialized care for individuals coping with complex emotional issues stemming from grief, loss, anxiety, and depression related to end-of-life circumstances. Your work will directly impact these patients' emotional health and help improve their overall quality of life.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license in the state of California.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help others.
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software tools.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.

• Experience working within hospice or palliative care settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and techniques.
• Background in dealing with issues of grief, loss, and bereavement.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
