Our client is a fast-growing healthcare organization supporting Medicare and Medicaid populations through virtual care. You'll manage visits independently with structured workflows and consistent patient volume.

What you'll do
  • Conduct Comprehensive Health Assessments via telehealth
  • Complete HCC risk adjustment documentation
  • Close HEDIS care gaps during patient visits
  • Document visits using ICD-10 and CPT II codes
  • Review medications, history, and preventive care needs
