This position is fully remote, enabling you to work from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to maintain a structured work schedule. Collaborate with a compassionate team through virtual platforms, engaging in real-time consultations and treatment planning to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ symptoms, focusing on the severity and impact of mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.
• Formulate individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that their specific needs, preferences, and goals are central to the therapeutic process.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address client challenges.
• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, empowering them through effective self-care strategies and comprehensive treatment options.
• Continuously monitor client progress, making data-informed adjustments to treatment plans to align with changes in their condition or circumstances.
• Engage in regular collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, ensuring comprehensive and integrated treatment for our clients.
• Keep abreast of the latest research and evidence-based practices in mental health to continuously enhance therapeutic methods.
• Maintain rigorous documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Facilitate participation in case consultations and team meetings dedicated to discussing complex cases and enhancing service delivery.
• Advocate for the mental health needs of clients, actively promoting awareness and combatting stigma around mood disorders.

Your primary focus will be on adults experiencing mood disorders, particularly those experiencing challenges with depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. As a therapist at Confidant Care Consultants, you will be instrumental in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys and achieve meaningful outcomes through tailored therapeutic interventions.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
• Proven expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly CBT and DBT, with a successful track record of improving client outcomes.
• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and the collaborative ability to work alongside psychiatrists and medical professionals.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with a diverse client base.

• Experience in a telehealth setting is desirable, accompanied by familiarity with the necessary digital platforms and tools.
• Prior work experience specifically addressing mood disorders and related mental health challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a remote work environment while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.
