As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you'll play an integral role in our outpatient treatment center. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Sessions: Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that allow clients to connect and share experiences designed to foster mutual support and learning.
• Individual Therapy: Provide personalized counseling services, helping clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while developing effective coping strategies and action plans.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate closely with clients to create individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that address their unique needs and preferences.
• Progress Monitoring: Utilize a variety of assessment tools to track and evaluate clients' progress, while regularly providing constructive feedback to enhance their treatment experience.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Communicate and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care, including coordinating care and consulting on complex cases.

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating mental health challenges. Our treatment center offers evidence-based and holistic programs specifically tailored to their needs, including Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP). You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on their recovery journeys.

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• A current, valid LCPC license in the state of Nevada.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine desire to help others.
• Experience in mental health counseling is highly desirable.

While the minimum requirement is a Bachelor's Degree, preference will be given to candidates with advanced degrees in mental health fields or those who have significant experience providing counseling services to young adults, particularly in outpatient settings. Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and holistic approaches are also advantageous.

This full-time position comes with a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
