Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize advanced clinical skills to conduct thorough assessments, including intake interviews and mental status evaluations to identify specific client needs, which will inform individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique circumstances, ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered within secure virtual settings.
  • Guide clients in setting realistic therapeutic goals, actively participating in the therapeutic process, and adjusting therapeutic methods based on their progress and feedback.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Adapt a wide variety of therapeutic approaches—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Person-Centered Therapy—to effectively cater to diverse client preferences and needs.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your practice will involve working with clients from various backgrounds and experiences, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications
  • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field is required for this role.
