Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs, using evidence-based assessment tools.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that therapeutic interventions are aligned with their goals.
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate clients' progress; adjust treatment plans as necessary to reflect changing needs and treatment objectives.

Qualifications
