Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a personalized caseload of clients, cultivating rapport and ensuring a professional boundary while maintaining a therapeutic alliance.
  • Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, set objectives, and plan for discharge when appropriate.
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans that prioritize the client's unique needs and goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment reports, in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.
  • Perform comprehensive intake assessments that evaluate the mental health needs of clients.
  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions tailored to the unique circumstances and treatment requirements of each client.
  • Engage in regular individual supervision sessions to reflect on clinical practices and enhance professional skills.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for integrated care and enhanced treatment outcomes.
  • Stay current with evidence-based practices and maintain a growth mindset, striving for continuous professional development.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with youth and adolescents facing various challenges, including emotional distress, behavioral issues, and mental health disorders. Your expertise will play a critical role in guiding them toward stability and wellness through evidence-based therapeutic methods.

Qualifications
  • Must hold a Master's Degree in mental health or a related field.
  • Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
  • Ability to meet the internal credentialing requirements for clinical practice.
  • A minimum of one year of professional experience working with psychiatric populations or substance abuse cases.
  • Demonstrable experience in conducting assessments, diagnostics, and providing both individual and group therapy.
  • Proficiency in using technology for clinical documentation and virtual therapy.
Preferred Experience

Additional experience with youth populations, trauma-informed care practices, and familiarity with telehealth platforms will greatly enhance your effectiveness in this role. Candidates who have integrated evidence-based therapeutic techniques into their practice will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits
