Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, utilizing evidence-based tools to identify clients' unique mental health needs.
• Create personalized treatment plans and therapeutic strategies that align with the goals and preferences of each client.
• Deliver high-quality therapeutic services via our secure virtual platform, ensuring confidentiality and effectiveness in treatment.
• Engage clients collaboratively to set achievable therapeutic goals and provide guidance as they navigate their mental health journey.
• Document all therapist-client interactions meticulously, maintaining accurate records of progress and session notes to inform ongoing care.
• Adapt therapeutic approaches to meet the diverse needs and preferences of clients, employing various modalities as appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The individuals you'll serve come from a wide array of backgrounds, presenting a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. Our commitment is to provide culturally competent care through a trauma-informed lens, ensuring we address the varied complexities of our clients' experiences throughout New York.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with clients via remote platforms, showcasing superior communication and interpersonal skills.
• Emotional intelligence and a non-judgmental approach to build rapport and trust with clients navigating challenging circumstances.
• Strong organizational capabilities to manage caseloads effectively while ensuring timely documentation and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling settings is preferred but not required; training opportunities are available.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and techniques that can be utilized effectively in virtual sessions.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, correlated to the caseload.
