Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health requirements, enabling the development of tailored treatment plans that address their unique challenges.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services using secure telehealth technologies, ensuring each client receives personalized attention aligned with their therapeutic goals.
• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, actively providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the duration of therapy.
• Employ a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, to suit clients' individual preferences and needs.
• Document therapy sessions and client progress accurately and promptly, maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport and promoting therapeutic alliances with clients in a virtual context.
• Capacity for empathy, compassion, and a genuine understanding of diverse client challenges, fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, providing psychotherapy and therapeutic support to adult and youth populations.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and workflow management.
• Previous experience with remote therapy practices, enhancing interactions and interventions through technology.
