We are seeking a relationship-driven Small to Mid-Market Commercial Lines Account Executive to join our team who will be responsible for small to mid-market commercial accounts.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of small to mid-market commercial clients with complex insurance needs, leading renewal strategy, coverage analysis, and overall account management.

Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial clients
- Lead renewal strategy, including marketing accounts to carriers and negotiating terms, pricing, and coverage
- Prepare and manage new business and renewal submissions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of exposure data
- Conduct coverage reviews and risk assessments to identify gaps and recommend appropriate solutions
- Present quotes, proposals, and coverage recommendations to clients
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to expand client relationships
- Collaborate with producers, underwriters, and carriers to secure optimal coverage solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and risk management guidance
- Conduct client meetings, policy reviews, and strategic planning discussions
- Oversee CSR support work to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and service quality
- Maintain accurate documentation in the agency management system and ensure compliance with E&O procedures
- Stay current on industry trends, carrier programs, and regulatory changes
- Drive client retention, satisfaction, and long-term account growth

Requirements- 3+ years commercial lines sales/account executive experience.
- Excellent communication abilities, both in writing and speaking.
- A natural inclination to help and satisfy customers.
- Comfortable using standard office software and agency management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a busy office.
