This position allows for a flexible work schedule, accommodating the needs of our diverse client base while promoting work-life balance. While the role is primarily remote, you may be required to meet with students and families within the school system to provide direct services.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health issues, strengths, and resources, ensuring a holistic approach to care.
• Deliver personalized individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to address specific client needs.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client.
• Facilitate therapy sessions, psycho-education classes, and support groups, fostering an environment that encourages open communication and healing.
• Perform crisis interventions and risk assessments, developing safety plans as required to ensure the welfare of clients.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions and progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

The clients you will work with range from children to adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Our aim is to create a safe space where clients feel heard, validated, and capable of achieving personal growth.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and effective treatment strategies.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills essential for effective client engagement.

• Prior experience working in a school-based setting is highly desirable.
• Experience with diverse populations and cultural competencies.
