• Conduct thorough virtual psychosocial assessments, utilizing standardized tools and methodologies to evaluate each student's strengths and challenges.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to individual and group needs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other health professionals to form an interdisciplinary team focused on the holistic development and well-being of students.
• Advocate for students’ access to community resources, support services, and educational accommodations to ensure their rights and needs are met.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress using electronic health records systems, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in regular team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education workshops to stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

This position primarily serves students within a school setting, ranging from elementary to high school ages. You will address a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and social-emotional concerns. By fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic environment, you will help students develop coping strategies, improve academic performance, and enhance their overall quality of life.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
• Minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services, preferably in educational or child-centered settings.
• Proficient in conducting diagnostic assessments and formulating comprehensive treatment plans.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with diverse student populations, families, and educational staff.
• A commitment to principles of cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practice in all interactions.

• Familiarity with school-based mental health programs and strategies to engage students in virtual settings.
• Certification in evidence-based practices such as DBT or ACT is beneficial.
• Experience with teletherapy platforms and understanding of the unique challenges presented by remote service delivery.
