About the Role:
We're hiring a Senior Technical Sourcer (a full-time, six-month contract, salaried position) to scale Engineering and Product Management at Hims & Hers. You'll own top‑of‑funnel talent pipelines from Senior ICs through Director+ leaders; design and run sourcing strategies and outbound campaigns across technical domains; and deliver diverse, high‑signal candidate pipelines that strengthen talent density. You model our hiring values - adaptability, humble collaboration, ownership, and a bias for action, and you help deliver a best‑in‑class candidate experience in partnership with recruiters.
At Hims and Hers, we're building on incredible momentum, focusing on launching new specialties that will transform our platform from reactive care to proactive, comprehensive health management, deeper personalization, and tech-enabled care, as well as expanding our international presence. The teams you help build will directly influence how millions of people access and experience healthcare. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition - it's an exciting time to join our growing team!
You Will:
  • Own top‑of‑funnel pipelines for Engineering and Product Management roles from Senior ICs through Director+ leaders, ensuring consistent delivery of high‑signal candidates
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on role needs, calibrate profiles, build structured panels, and accelerate hiring with clear expectations and fast feedback
  • Proactively source and engage passive talent using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub/GitLab, technical forums, referrals, and open‑source communities to deliver diverse, representative, high-signal slates
  • Maintain talent maps and competitor intelligence; publish market insights (skills, target companies, communities) for recruiters and hiring managers
  • Track and optimize sourcing funnel conversion rates using data, delivering actionable insights that strengthen pipeline quality and hiring outcomes
  • Use LLMs like Claude to automate repetitive tasks, draft and personalize outreach at scale, and streamline sourcing and research workflows to improve overall efficiency
  • Run structured outbound campaigns (A/B messaging, sequencing), monitor response-to-screen conversion, and iterate to drive both speed and quality of hires

You Have:
  • 8+ years of technical sourcing experience, either in-house or in combination with agency/search, across Engineering and Product Management roles
  • 2+ years sourcing senior leaders (Sr. Manager through Director+)
  • A proven track record sourcing across Engineering (full stack, backend, platform) and Product Management
  • Experience building top-of-funnel strategies and research approaches to uncover hidden talent pools
  • Ability to leverage metrics and insights to refine strategies and tell a clear story with data
  • Expertise managing pipelines end‑to‑end from identification and cultivation through long‑term nurturing
  • Experience using LLMs (e.g., Claude) for automation, outreach personalization, and research - comfortable building prompts, streamlining repetitive tasks, and integrating AI tools into day-to-day sourcing work
  • Proficiency with sourcing and recruiting tools (Ashby, LinkedIn, GitHub, Gem, and others)
  • Strength in multitasking and prioritization in a fast‑paced environment; low‑ego collaborator aligned to our values and candidate‑experience standards

Our Benefits (there are more but here are some highlights):
  • Competitive salary
  • Unlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days
  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental & vision
  • 401k benefits with employer matching contribution

We are committed to building a workforce that reflects diverse perspectives and prioritizes ethics, wellness, and a strong sense of belonging. If you're excited about this role, we encourage you to apply-even if you're not sure if your background or experience is a perfect match.
