About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Producer to join our in-house Creative Team. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in broadcast video and photo commercial production, who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, and who brings a solutions-oriented, creative-first mindset to every project. You'll lead production across a wide range of channels-including web, app, online video and broadcast TV-bringing our brand to life through bold, social-first storytelling and culturally relevant campaigns. You'll be working on a variety of fun & innovative projects to drive our growth by elevating the execution of content through pre-production, production, and post-production. You understand the soft skills of shepherding a large multi-faceted video campaign in a remote work environment but also have the savvy to set up your own small scale shoot in our Brooklyn studio. You're not too precious and have the passion to leave a creative imprint on everything you produce.
You Will:
  • Lead all aspects of live-action and broadcast video and photo, including managing cross-functional stakeholders, timelines, budgets and vendor negotiations.
  • Oversee post-production, ensuring high-quality editing, motion graphics, vfx, cgi, color, voiceover records, sound mix, and final delivery across all assets.
  • Bring fresh ideas for content solutions; discovering and recommending artists for collaboration and providing a strong point-of-view for producing new content and workflow experimentation.
  • Understand and apply usage and licensing knowledge for creative campaigns.
  • Experience negotiating rates and managing vendor, talent and music agreements to ensure seamless production workflows.
  • Adept at managing overlapping campaigns and production schedules.
  • Able to be incredibly flexible and fast, ready to pivot and iterate.
  • Able and willing to travel for live action shoots and in-person edits as necessary.

You Have:
  • 6-8+ years of experience in broadcast and video production, preferably in-house at a brand or at an agency/production company.
  • Proven track record producing broadcast commercials, branded content, and performance-driven video campaigns.
  • Deep knowledge of production workflows, from prep and shoot to post-production and final delivery. Including knowledge of studio line production.
  • Strong understanding of editing, animation, visual effects, color grading, sound design, and asset versioning for different platforms.
  • Expertise in collaboration -- someone comfortable partnering and working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solver with a calm, solutions-first attitude-especially under tight deadlines.
  • Passion-driven and self-starting for delivering top-notch creative, using your eye for detail and acumen for process to guide solutions across various media.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills-you thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven leadership in managing teams, freelance crews, and outside vendors.

Our Benefits (there are more but here are some highlights):
  • Competitive salary & equity compensation for full-time roles
  • Unlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days
  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental & vision, and parental leave
  • Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)
  • 401k benefits with employer matching contribution
  • Offsite team retreats

We are committed to building a workforce that reflects diverse perspectives and prioritizes ethics, wellness, and a strong sense of belonging. If you're excited about this role, we encourage you to apply-even if you're not sure if your background or experience is a perfect match.
