• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, utilizing evidence-based practices to assist clients in enhancing their mental well-being.
• Encourage open discussions about clients’ emotions and experiences to facilitate deeper self-understanding and relationship insights.
• Act as an advocate for clients, guiding them in defining achievable goals and exploring pathways to reach these personal milestones.
• Thoroughly evaluate each client's mental condition, developing and implementing tailored treatment plans guided by a solution-focused approach and your clinical expertise.
• Utilize secure teletherapy platforms to maintain confidentiality and ensure a safe counseling environment.
• Collaborate with a network of mental health professionals for case consultations, sharing best practices, and receiving feedback on treatment approaches.

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele of varying backgrounds who are prescreened to ensure they are stable and in need of low-acuity mental health care. Your compassionate approach will help these individuals navigate their unique challenges, building the foundational skills necessary for emotional resilience and well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a closely related field.
• Possess and maintain a valid and active license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong foundational knowledge of counseling theories and techniques, with experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding to create a welcoming therapeutic environment.
• Proficient in using various technology platforms for counseling and client management.

• A minimum of two years of independent practice experience, confidently managing a caseload without supervision.
• Experience in telehealth or remote counseling settings, leveraging technology to enhance client engagement and service delivery.
• Familiarity with mental health documentation regulations and teletherapy best practices.

This part-time position offers a competitive salary range between USD 50,000 and 70,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and level of experience. Benefits include:
