Work Environment

This position is fully remote, offering counselors the flexibility to work from their home or chosen workspace. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring a warm and empathetic approach.
• Employ solution-focused and evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client's needs, fostering a collaborative therapeutic relationship.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, setting achievable goals to aid client progress and empower their journey toward improved mental health.
• Facilitate insightful discussions that help clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, fostering personal growth and self-awareness.
• Maintain regular monitoring and evaluation of client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and equipping clients with effective coping strategies to handle challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who present with a diverse range of mental health concerns. Our goal is to enhance their quality of life through support and skill development. Your work will directly contribute to clients achieving better emotional well-being and overall satisfaction in their lives.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current state-issued mental health counseling license that authorizes independent practice. Licenses accepted include:
  - Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  - Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
  - Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No provisional or limited licenses are accepted, and candidates must have no disciplinary actions associated with their license.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to therapy.
• Strong computer literacy and the ability to comfortably conduct sessions using video conferencing technology.
• A reliable, high-speed internet connection, along with a computer equipped with webcam and audio capabilities.

Preferred Experience

While all required qualifications must be met, previous experience in a counseling role where you have effectively utilized specific treatment modalities is preferred. Experience with teletherapy or remote service delivery is advantageous, as is familiarity with working in a school setting, given the unique challenges and rewards that come with it.

Compensation and Benefits
