Outpatient Therapist – Ellie Mental Health

If you're looking for a place that actually walks the talk on culture — where humor is welcome in the break room and you won't have to hide your personality to fit in — we'd love to meet you.
About Us

Ellie Mental Health is built around a simple idea: people deserve quality mental health care, and therapists deserve a workplace that doesn't burn them out. Our core values — authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination — aren't wall art. They show up in how we run our clinics and how we treat our team.
What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Carrying a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week
  • Completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and case notes (yes, the documentation is real — we try to make it as painless as possible)
  • Using your clinical creativity to help clients make real progress
  • Joining staff meetings and trainings alongside a team that genuinely likes each other
What We Offer

  • Competitive pay (we're happy to talk numbers — no games)
  • Benefits package including health, vision, and dental insurance
  • PTO that you can actually use
  • Flexible schedule
  • 401K so future-you is taken care of
  • Free continuing education credits — learning without the out-of-pocket hit
  • Reimbursement for professional expenses (licensing fees, supervision costs, and the like)
  • Real offices with actual furniture — not a closet with a chair
  • Work-life balance that gives you room to breathe
  • A path forward if you want to grow into leadership or specialty areas
What We're Looking For

  • A clinical license in Wisconsin (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or similar)
  • Comfort with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and progress notes
  • Solid boundaries with clients and the self-awareness to maintain them
  • Willingness to keep up with documentation in a timely way (we all have to do it)
  • Familiarity with Office 365 and EHR systems; Valant experience is a bonus
  • Credentialing with insurance panels is ideal for fully licensed folks, but we can work with you

This is a remote position.
