Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs to develop effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client, promoting personal growth and emotional wellness.
• Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, regularly monitoring and documenting their progress.
• Provide teletherapy services to clients as needed, ensuring accessibility and support through virtual sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in adherence to ethical standards and best practices.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, maintaining current knowledge of mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele includes individuals facing a range of emotional and psychological challenges, from childhood trauma and anxiety disorders to depression and relationship difficulties. You will be entrusted with forming meaningful therapeutic alliances, providing support to diverse populations, including adults, couples, and families, ensuring they receive personalized care tailored to their unique circumstances.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current and valid state license as either an LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or a doctorate in psychology (PsyD).
• Required education includes a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and colleagues alike.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage a diverse caseload.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing individual and group therapy across various mental health conditions.
• Proficiency in teletherapy and familiarity with telehealth platforms.
• Background in using evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to individual client needs.

Compensation and Benefits

At Enlightened Pathways, we value our mental health professionals and offer competitive compensation ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with caseload and experience.
