• Conduct individual therapy sessions remotely, leveraging technology to maintain a personal connection with clients.
• Develop detailed, individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs and goals.
• Regularly track and assess client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize their mental health journey.
• Maintain meticulous client records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and other legal standards in mental health practice.
• Collaborate seamlessly with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide well-rounded care.

The clients you will serve range from adolescents to adults, facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related conditions. We emphasize a trauma-informed approach, providing compassionate support tailored to each individual's unique experiences and mental health goals.

• A valid Bachelor's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's degree or higher.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, including but not limited to:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
