• Engage in thorough assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and mental health, including diagnosing disorders and establishing actionable treatment strategies.

In this role, you will primarily work with adults experiencing various emotional disorders, which may include anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Currently active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated professional experience working with clients facing mental and behavioral health challenges, including those requiring substance abuse treatment.
• Strong proficiency in utilizing computers and telehealth software is essential; prior telemedicine experience will be considered advantageous.

• Continuing education and specialization in specific therapeutic modalities or evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, or family systems therapy.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000, reflecting the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
