This full-time position allows for remote work, providing flexibility to our staff while maintaining a strong connection with clients. You will be part of a collaborative outpatient office environment, working closely with a multidisciplinary team. Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life integration for our employees.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients through detailed evaluations, identifying their mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique situations.
• Engage in regular therapy sessions with clients via telehealth platforms, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate counseling and support.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges and coping strategies, empowering them with the knowledge necessary for effective self-management.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to deliver holistic, integrated care tailored to the client's needs.
• Participate in continuous professional development, including training sessions and workshops, to stay current with the latest research and methodologies in mental health care.

Our mental health counseling services cater to a diverse range of client populations, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. You will work with clients of various age groups, tailoring your approach and treatment strategies to meet their specific cultural and personal contexts.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.
• A valid New York State license such as LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC is mandatory.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, along with proficiency in utilizing technology for remote therapy sessions.

• Minimum of 2 years professional experience in a mental health counseling capacity, preferably focusing on outpatient care.
• Experience working with diverse populations and employing a variety of therapeutic methods to meet client needs.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
