Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of clients, each seeking compassionate support for various mental health issues. Qualifications
  • Current and valid state licensure as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or hold a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A deep sense of empathy and compassion, along with a nonjudgmental approach to client care.
  • Proficiency in organizational and time management skills to handle client caseload efficiently.
Preferred Experience

Experience with telehealth practices is preferred, as well as familiarity with electronic health record systems. Additionally, prior work with a variety of therapeutic modalities and a history of successful client outcomes will be considered strong assets in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and workload.
