Role Description

This is a commission-based, full-time role for candidates seeking a career as a Healthcare Real Estate Specialist (HRES). This role allows the specialist to work on projects and with clients across the U.S. and may choose to work from multiple Northmarq office locations.

The HRES will work alongside experienced senior brokers and support team members, and will have access to healthcare-specific data, proprietary resources, and expert support, enabling brokers to provide clients with topโ€‘tier advisory and consulting services. Responsibilities include:

  • New business development for healthcare real estate development projects
  • Sourcing investment sale opportunities
  • Managing real estate sales transactions
  • Conducting market research and financial analysis
  • Overseeing client account activities and supporting complex assignments

Ideal Qualifications
