This full-time position for an Architectural Construction Administrator is based out of our office in Columbus, OH. The daily tasks include coordinating projects, providing construction administration services, managing submittals, and overseeing project management. The role requires clear and effective communication with all stakeholders involved in the construction process.
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Coordination and Project Management
- Proficiency in Construction Administration Services and managing Submittals
- Strong Communication skills
- Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- Prior experience in senior living projects is advantageous
