• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each client's unique mental health concerns, developing holistic treatment plans that address their specific needs and goals.
• Provide individual therapy using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other approaches that best suit the client’s circumstances.
• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, closely monitoring their progress while adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to promote effective healing.
• Offer teletherapy services for clients who prefer virtual sessions, leveraging digital platforms to ensure accessibility and convenience.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation regarding client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes to uphold ethical standards and regulatory compliance.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training, actively participating in workshops, conferences, and peer discussions to enhance your clinical skills.

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will engage primarily with adults and adolescents seeking support for a variety of issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. • A valid state license in one of the following areas: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated proficiency in building rapport and creating a safe, trusting environment for clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey empathy and support in a non-judgmental manner.

• Experience in providing teletherapy services is beneficial, especially in navigating technology to enhance client communication.
• Specialized training in trauma-informed care or experience with specific populations such as veterans or marginalized communities.
• Prior experience working in community health settings or private practice is preferred.

• Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, workload, and client caseload.
