In this role, you will:

• Conduct ethical and empathetic individual counseling sessions via secure video conferencing tools.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, including solution-focused therapy, to develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients' specific needs and goals.
• Help clients gain insights into their thoughts, emotions, and relationships to foster personal growth and healing.
• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure the best therapeutic outcomes.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques to assist clients in developing practical coping skills for daily challenges.

Our clientele consists primarily of low-acuity adults who are looking for support in managing their mental health. Issues may range from anxiety and depression to stress management and life transitions. Our focus is on building relationships with clients, allowing them to feel comfortable and engaged throughout the therapeutic process.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current and unrestricted license to practice independently as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limited or provisional license and no history of disciplinary actions.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to empathize with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficient computer skills to navigate our telehealth platforms and documentation systems effectively.

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in remote therapy or a familiarity with telehealth platforms will be given preference. A background in solution-focused therapy or cognitive behavioral therapy is beneficial and aligns well with our treatment approach.
