Work Environment

This role is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility while enabling you to connect with clients through digital mediums. Our outpatient office setting ensures accessibility and convenience, as clients engage with our services from the comfort of their own homes. You will work Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with the possibility for scheduling flexibility based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments by employing evidence-based practices to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Utilize a diverse array of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to promote effective treatment outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in adherence to HIPAA regulations and other relevant standards, ensuring client privacy and ethical compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to provide integrated care.
  • Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously enhance the quality of care provided to our clients.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health condition management, treatment options, and available community resources, facilitating an informed and supportive therapeutic environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and other mental health issues. Qualifications
