• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients, formulating effective treatment plans based on individual assessments.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based methods tailored to meet clients’ needs.
• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring and adjusting treatment plans in response to progress and feedback.
• Offer teletherapy services to clients who prefer remote sessions, ensuring they receive the necessary support despite accessibility challenges.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and comply with ethical and regulatory standards to uphold the professionalism and integrity of our services.
• Participate in regular supervision and peer consultation meetings, fostering an environment of continuous learning and sharing of best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in mental health practices, engaging in ongoing professional development opportunities relevant to your area of expertise.

In this role, you will primarily work with adults and adolescents who are facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Many of our clients may come from diverse backgrounds and present varied challenges. Your empathetic approach and ability to build strong therapeutic relationships will be vital in helping them navigate their journeys toward healing and personal growth.

• A current and valid license in Washington State as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication skills, allowing for effective engagement with clients and fostering a safe therapeutic environment.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and non-judgmental attitude in dealing with clients’ experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, enabling efficient handling of caseloads and administrative duties.

• Experience working within a community health setting or private practice environment.
• Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with telehealth tools.
• Proficiency in utilizing diverse therapeutic interventions to address various mental health conditions.
