• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their individual goals.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness techniques to support client recovery.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff to ensure that clients receive holistic care that addresses both psychological and emotional aspects of health.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, promoting a deeper understanding of mental health issues and fostering a supportive home environment conducive to recovery.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client progress and treatment interventions, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and relevant regulations.

• A valid and active license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required, with preferred advanced degrees in the behavioral sciences.
• At least two years of direct experience in the mental health field, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.
• Extensive training or experience in mental health counseling principles, along with a thorough understanding of evidence-based practices for treating various mental health conditions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and therapeutic skills, with the ability to establish rapport and motivate clients through their recovery process.
• Proficient communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a treatment team environment.

• Experience working in outpatient settings and with diverse populations is preferred.
• Familiarity with digital mental health tools and record-keeping systems, offering a strong awareness of client confidentiality standards in telehealth practice.

• Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
