• Conduct virtual therapy sessions, utilizing video conferencing platforms to provide individual and group therapy to clients facing anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs, goals, and strengths, ensuring a tailored approach to care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers, to create an integrated care approach for our clients.
• Maintain thorough and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, documenting progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest research, methodologies, and best practices in clinical social work.
• Facilitate workshops or support groups aimed at providing additional resources and community support for clients, enhancing their coping strategies.

In your role, you will work primarily with adults and adolescents dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Our diverse client population encompasses individuals from various backgrounds, allowing you to utilize and expand your cultural competence while building therapeutic alliances. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active and current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, focusing on evidence-based practices.
• Proficient in conducting diagnostic assessments and crafting comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual clients.
• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to relate well to diverse populations and build rapport quickly.
• Commitment to upholding the principles of cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practices in all interactions.

• Experience in a school setting or with child and adolescent populations is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital therapy tools and platforms that enhance the therapeutic process.
• Participation in community outreach programs or workshops related to mental health advocacy.
