• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using telehealth platforms to understand client needs and develop targeted, personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to address individual client issues.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA guidelines, ensuring continuity of care and compliance with regulatory expectations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals, to deliver integrated care.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer reviews to discuss challenging cases and share best practices, promoting continuous improvement in service quality.
• Provide psychoeducation, supporting clients and their families in understanding mental health diagnoses, treatment strategies, and available community resources, empowering them to advocate for their own health.
• Stay current with developments in the mental health field through professional development opportunities, research, and training programs.

This role serves an eclectic mix of clients, hailing from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. The diversity of our patient population enriches the therapeutic experience and challenges our therapists to adapt different approaches accordingly. You will be instrumental in addressing a wide range of issues from everyday stressors to more complex mental health disorders.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of Georgia.
• Proven expertise in employing solution-focused therapeutic interventions with clients from various backgrounds.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative mindset, valuing contributions within a team-based environment.

• Experience in a community health clinic or similar health setting.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
• Familiarity with additional therapeutic modalities beyond CBT and DBT, such as mindfulness-based approaches or trauma-informed care.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
