In this remote position, you will work primarily from home, connecting with patients through telehealth consultations and digital documentation. • Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, considering their unique backgrounds and needs.
• Provide individual and family therapy tailored to the identified mental health issues, deploying therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and more.
• Manage documentation efficiently, completing billing processes, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms within established timelines to ensure seamless patient experiences.
• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans aimed at supporting the ongoing stability and recovery of patients.
• Create individualized discharge plans to facilitate a smooth transition for patients completing their treatment.
• Strictly adhere to federal and state regulations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and ethical standards in all aspects of care.
• Maintain professional knowledge and skills through continuous education opportunities, workshops, and relevant training.
• Participate in regular case consultations and agency meetings to discuss patient progress and collaborate on best practices.
• Complete all licensure and mandatory training as required to uphold professional standards and contribute effectively to the team.
