Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers, placement agencies, and referral sources to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Attend team meetings to contribute to organizational goals and enhance collaborative efforts.
  • Actively participate in creating a positive workplace culture that enriches the environment for both clients and team members.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your focus will primarily be on adult and adolescent clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be part of a team that values culturally competent care and actively seeks to understand and integrate diverse perspectives into treatment strategies.

Qualifications
  • A current, unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Virginia.
  • A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in mental health counseling or a related field.
  • Proficient knowledge of community mental health resources and the ability to effectively connect clients with appropriate services.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and the capacity to work collaboratively across a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Experience
