Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients using our user-friendly online platform, utilizing video, phone, or chat functionalities as appropriate.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s specific needs, incorporating evidence-based methodologies and therapeutic techniques.
  • Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure that therapeutic goals are being met effectively.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records in compliance with telehealth regulations, safeguarding confidentiality and privacy.
  • Engage in collaborative case discussions with fellow mental health professionals to provide holistic care and referrals when necessary.
  • Uphold ethical and legal standards in all aspects of mental health services, ensuring a safe and respectful therapeutic environment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse client population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our commitment is to provide tailored support that respects the individuality of each client and fosters a pathway to recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
  • Active and valid state licensure as a mental health therapist, including but not limited to: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
  • Demonstrated ability to provide quality individual therapy in a remote setting.
  • Comfortable utilizing technology and telehealth tools to engage with clients.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience working in a telehealth environment or familiarity with online behavioral health services.
